So, I signed-up a year contract. I made a payment through Bank Deposit. Sent the required email. Well, I thought that was too easy. But I was phacking wrong. I recently went to a beach trip thinking by the time I’m back the account will be activated. I checked my email and there it was, they sent me an email stating that my payment is past due! I logged in to the client area and sent a ticket.
