It is my second day getting in touch with my roots and I feel the same way back then. Tired, Restless, and Happy. I can’t compare my simple life here. I wish this would by my life would be just like this. Wohooo! too bad this would have to end soon. Hu hu hu! Well, that’s life.
March 29, 2007 - just arrived home today and it was a good trip back to where I came from. Getting in touch with my roots feels so right. Ahaha! The trip back home was not that bad. In fact I saw my cousin Clifford in the ferry, that was after the longest time I haven’t seen my “kababata” - he’s graduating too! T’was 7 am when Cebu Ferries made it to the dock. I went directly to another cousin’s crib to freshen up and at least drink a well deserved coffee. It was already 730 when I arrived at the South Bus Terminal en route to Camp Phillips. Again, I was shocked when I saw another cousin who was on the same ferry I took. Hahay, Life and its surprises. Pictures of my escapades will be here soon.
I’ll be going home today, yipee and I’ll never be the same! I wont come back!

Thursday, March 28, 2007 - I’ll be home for another round of well deserved vacation. Too bad by the 15th - I won’t have enough ‘dada’ to go on ‘rampa’ (you know what I mean). But there’s nothing compared with time spent with family, friends and loved ones back home. Again, as expected beer drinking, late night parties, and most specially picture galore will be on the list. Well, actually I’m going to celebrate my bro’s graduation for the 2nd time and my 3 cousin’s graduation is on the list too! Oh, almost forgot it’s holy week. Tsk tsk tsk…. maybe beer drinking itinerary is off the list- we’ll see! haha! Just to sum it up, I will definitely have a blast.
March 24, 2007 - A milestone for my cousin’s Life. And finally they finished their degrees. To my cousins -I am so proud of you. Drank ’til the Sun came up. Videoke to the max!
What a good question!
Actually, it has been a couple of months that I have been trying to think what my priorities are. Until now - I end up defeated. I am a total failure. I have been reading a lot of self-help books but of no help. What’s my purpose? Nah, I am too tired thinking what’s the answer. Fate knows it. And I’ll just go the flow, no matter where it takes me. Today, my cousin will graduate after a long years in college. I am proud of them. All I know is that they’ll be on a career path sooner, just like me. But the only problem with me is, again, what do I want? what should I do first? wahahaha!
Duh, again. Saturday. And for me it only means one thing - party. hehehe!

March 17, 2007 - Got home, tried to sleep but can’t…. reason? I was excited to go out and “party”. Drank milk but unfortunately t’was of no avail. Wide Awake. 7 pm - decided not to sleep. Got ready for an overnight party with friends. 11pm after a dinner at the Fisherman’s net, went to Paseo. Drinking Session Begins. T’was like the Mango Square before… not that bad for a night of beer drinking session. haha. Met new friends there. Drank a lot. Smoke a lot. T’was really Fun. Good thing I was not even sober. Was now 4am, Paseo was closing, only a few people were left - Survivors. Now that we have a friend who got a car - wohoooo - Joyride was on the list. After a couple of minutes of deliberation, we decided to continue the drinking session to SPOT. Actually, it is near TOPS. Whatta coincidence right? They called this place The Spot coz it’s literally on the Spot where you can see the Cebu City below! ha! Again, t’was the second round of the Beer Drinking Session. Waited there til’ sunrise. 5am, decided to go the beach, haha! Blue Reef! Stayed there for quite a long time, 3rd round for the beer drinking session. 10am, everybody was now exhausted. Decided to go home. 10:30 Home. Exhausted. End.
